Welcome to The Columbia Hotel!

Did you know we designed our hotel with you in mind! We are so excited to host you in Ashland and love that you made us part of your journey on the PCT.

Did you know we are trying our hardest to be a sustainable hotel and reduce our carbon footprint for our guests, so we ask that you consider this too when staying with us!

We have just put a small list together that takes the strain off our housekeeping staff and ensures that we are able to keep offering these perks to the hikers who are coming in behind you!

Hotel Information:

Trash & Recycling:
Please separate your trash Glass, Bottles, Cans and Cardboard, there are bins in your rooms for these items. If you have a large amount of trash please dispose of this by type in the large receptacles at the back of the building.

Bottles & Cans - recycling bins in your room or the Laundry room

Laundry:
Please do your own laundry. Each room will be given a basket, ONE LOAD per Room. We are also doing laundry for our guests, please be considerate about time and do not leave your laundry sitting in the laundry room. We will not be held liable for any damaged or missing items. Please keep tabs on it and move it along when it is done.

Loaner Clothes:
Please return loaner clothes where possible for the next person. There is a hiker box in the lobby, please take and share where needed.

Check Out:
Check out time is 11am, if you would like to purchase a late check out, please let us know. You are welcome to store your packs in our lockets at no cost if you are planning to hit the trail later in the day.

Trail Drops:
We work with a Ashland Mountain Adventures Shuttle to give all our hikers a ride back to and from the trail twice a day when needed. Please let us know if you need a ride so we can plan accordingly with other PCT’ers who also need a ride. The cost to ride the shuttle is $10 and picks up from The Columbia Hotel at 12:30pm.
